Bob's Red Mill 10 Grain Bread Mix

Today, I'll be making Bob's Red Mill 10 Grain Bread Mix. It's been kneaded and has been set aside to rise for the next 90 minutes.

Last time I made the wheat bread.

I used Bob's Red Mill Whole Wheat Bread Mix for that one I believe. It came out quite good I thought, though I thought the bread was a little dense compared to commercial bread. Regardless though, I thought it was quite good.

I added sunflower seeds and flax seeds. We'll see if that ruins the bread or not.

But first things first, rise bread rise.
