It's the oddest thing. Looking at neohawk.org in Konqueror it renders absolutely fine. In opera it looks fine. Okay, so fine is relative. But the odd thing is that my css doesn't get applied at all in any mozilla browser. Meaning ff, flock, mozilla. And for what it's worth it doesn't render in konqueror 4 or midori either.
**Update:** Okay, I fixed it. It was my trac config in lighty. It was conflicting with my neohawk.org config. I fixed it. Not sure why opera and konqueror would still render correctly though. Chalk it up to the whim of the ether.
